Your DONUT has been ADJUSTED...

Today I experienced two new things...I had my very first donut from Donut Plant (Lower East Side) which also has a brand spanking new location in Chelsea. Many of you may not have heard this, but Donuts are the new cupcakes around NYC and Donut Plant is the New Magnolia. I tried a Vanilla Bean, and a Pistachio kind. I have to admit they were a little "Doughy" and the Pistachio was much tastier. Alas they were no Krispy Kreme...

I also viewed the new Matt Dillon/Emily Blunt movie "The Adjustment Bureau" this evening. Let me tell you, it was definitely a Krispy Kreme in my book. A very funny film surprisingly, and a definite must see! A real original too, with all those remakes, and comic book movies being made left and right, there aren't many that are. So you must get your "Donut Adjusted", or at the very least your "Bureau Planted".

It's that time of year again...Girl Scout season!!!! I must admit I didn't have my order in on time, and I was getting very worried as I desperately need my Thin Mints once a year every year or else...Well I put the word out recently and to no avail. Don't worry all hope was not lost. I didn't realize that Mr. Ranger himself is a bonafide Girl Scout, he is just starting out at the brownie level, but he was kind enough to offer me a couple of spare boxes he had lying around today. Thank you Ranger-pants! You truly made my day!!!!!! Next year be sure to order your cookies from Mr. Ranger, he's saving up for a trip to "Turkey". (p.s. he doesn't need to know it's just a country, and not an actual turkey)

Where did that beotch get that? (Glee extravaganza)

Well aren't we a lucky bunch tonight as glee had not 1, not 2, but 3 outfits that I happened to recognize. Face it people I shop way too much and you all get the benefits! Britney's first look is a jacket that is a great teal color with a fun bird pattern to funktify up any outfit. Britney's second look is a spin on the classic striped sailor shirt by adding some ruffles to the shoulder. Rachel's look is hard to notice at first but it's actually a lightweight cotton jean colored dress, and so you know I almost purchased this myself. All 3 can be found currently at your local H&M. Good thing this Swedish chain spread like wildfire this last year, so my peeps in Oregon get to enjoy this shopping chance too.

On tonight's episode a lovely lace top was worn by the character of Spencer, and guess who knows where to get it??? Yup me! It can be purchased at your local Urban Outfitters, the top also comes in white and I believe a pink tone color. It is completely see through, so be sure to wear a matching tank underneath, or if you want to get a little daring try a Hot pink or Tangerine to really make the top pop.
